One record

An image belongs to a project. The project belongs to its people. People log hours, and hours become the fee. Separate tools keep those links apart, so studios rebuild them by hand every week. In Rchy they're the same record.

What's inside

Everything a studio runs outside its design tools. These screens come from the Rchy that runs PARTISANS, with sample financial figures.

Library

Every image, drawing and file in one place, captioned by AI and searchable by what's in the picture. Face matching, share links and client upload portals are built in.

Projects

Each project has one page for its team, phases, press coverage, custom fields and change history. Everything else in Rchy links back to it.

Meetings

A notetaker joins your Teams, Google Meet or Zoom calls, transcribes them, and proposes tasks, decisions and risks for the right project. Nothing is created until someone accepts it.

Time and money

Timesheets, expenses and time off feed phase budgets, invoices, and reports on burn, realization and utilization.

Presentations

Fill your own PowerPoint templates with the right images and project copy, or build a deck from scratch. The PowerPoint add-in brings the library straight into your slides.

From meeting to invoice

A sentence in a meeting becomes a line on an invoice. Billing comes straight from the work, so there's no second set of books.

  1. Capture

    An action item from the meeting becomes a task on the right project and phase.

  2. Log

    Hours are logged against that task at the right bill rate.

  3. Bill

    Invoice lines are drafted from those hours and expenses.

  4. Review

    Budget, burn and utilization update from the same entries.

AI that starts from your work

Rchy's AI reads your studio's own images and project records, so it never starts from a blank page.

Questions

Who is Rchy for?

Design studios of roughly 10 to 500 people: architecture, interiors, landscape, graphic and industrial design.

Is it cloud or self-hosted?

Rchy runs today on a studio's own server. A hosted version, with each studio kept in its own isolated space, is in development.

Can we move over from OpenAsset?

Yes. Rchy's API is compatible with OpenAsset's, and PARTISANS moved its own library across. We'll work with early studios on their migration.

What will it cost?

Pricing will be announced before launch. People on the waitlist hear first.

What happens after I join?

We'll email you when early access opens for studios like yours. We won't send anything else unless you ask for product updates.
